Please dress comfortably. Be in a part of your home where there is the ability to do exercises, if needed, so your cellphone or tablet (instead of a desktop computer) is usually a better option.

You will receive a link before your appointment. Log in a few minutes prior to the start time of your appointment time to ensure everything is operating correctly and you are in an optimal space for a great session!
