Corporate Compliance Officer

Meredith has been the Corporate Compliance Officer since 2016 and previously worked as an orthopedic & pelvic health physical therapist at Killeen West. She serves her current role remotely while also working as a physical therapist for the federal government in San Antonio, Texas. Meredith earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, Washington, in 2012 and went on to become an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2018. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. As the Compliance Officer, Meredith connects regulatory requirements with clinical practice at Integrity, allowing the highest quality of care to be delivered to our patients. Before becoming a physical therapist, Meredith served as an Officer in the United States Army for eight years, deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan. She is honored to continue to serve by treating active-duty Soldiers and their dependents.
