You may notice at your appointment that a few extra steps are being taken to keep everyone who visits our office healthy. We want our patients to not only be informed but also confident that they can continue work towards their therapy goals at Integrity Rehab.
Due to current CDC recommendations for social distancing, our waiting rooms are closed until further notice. When you arrive, please check-in by replying to your appointment reminder text (or the number posted on the front door) with your full name and date of birth to the following number:
Please wait in your car until you receive a phone call to complete your check-in. Please proceed inside at your appointment time, using hand sanitizer after entering.
Our offices are cleaned and sanitized many times throughout the day as part of our normal course of business. We are being hyper-vigilant with our disinfection processes of all equipment and commonly touched surfaces.
WHAT WE WILL BE DOING per CDC and public health recommendation:
Hand sanitizer dispensers are placed in all waiting areas.
Employees are reminded to use proper handwashing techniques with posted proper hand washing techniques at all sinks.
CDC education notices have been placed in all waiting and other areas.
Employees showing any signs of illness are instructed not to report to work and will be excused.
We have removed books and magazines and anything else that cannot be easily wiped clean as well as have a staff member specifically focusing on increased infection control in the waiting area, gym, and treatment rooms.
Continuing our commitment to health and safety standards and quality care as well as monitoring the health of our clinicians and staff members daily.
All of these practices are based on guidance provided by the CDC and WHO, along with guidance from local, U.S. government and public health agencies.
If you are experiencing the symptoms of a cold or the flu, if you think you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or if you have traveled out of the country in the last two weeks to an impacted area, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment.
