Mikayla has been in practice since 2020 and holds a doctorate in physical therapy from Springfield College. She has expertise in outpatient treatment, assisted living, skilled nursing, and short-term rehabilitation. Since joining the American Physical Therapy Association in 2017, she has become fascinated by the body's capacity to heal itself via movement. She is also certified in Gratson Technique, M1. She is interested in teaching others proper body mechanics so they can lessen pain, increase mobility, and heal or prevent injuries. Outside work, she enjoys hiking, weightlifting, reading, writing, walking her dog, traveling, and painting. In addition, she is the author of the children's book "Bailey's Butterfly Socks," which promotes inclusiveness in the classroom.
