Physical Therapists

Jeanice Mitchell, MPT   Jeanice Mitchell, MPT, BCB-PMD
Jeanice is a licensed physical therapist and the administrator of Integrity Rehab. She graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Southwestern Adventist University and a master’s degree in physical therapy from Loma Linda University. Practicing since 1995, Jeanice  has worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient orthopedic/neurologic rehab, acute rehab facilities, skilled nursing facilities, home health, long-term care and sports-medicine clinics. Jeanice’s area of expertise is pelvic-floor rehab for men, women and children. She has received biofeedback certification for pelvic muscle dysfunction (PMDB) via Biofeedback Certification Institute of America. Jeanice has a Certificate of Skills Completion in PF1, PF2A, PF2B and PF3 from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is working on her transitional doctorate of physical therapy through Northeastern University and on earning Pelvic Therapy Practitioner Certification via Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute. Jeanice is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), American Urogynecological Society, Endometriosis Association, International Pelvic Pain Society, Interstitial Cystitis Association, National Association for Continence, National Vulvodynia Association, The Women’s Sexual Health Foundation and APTA’s Women’s Health Section.
     
Alicia Chaney, MSPT   Alicia Chaney, MSPT
Alicia earned double master’s degrees in athletic training and physical therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Practicing since 2004, she concentrates principally on outpatient adult orthopedic rehab. When not at work, Alicia spends time exercising, exploring the outdoors, watching sports with her husband, playing with her daughter Ella and son Nathan and visiting with friends and family.  
     
Kelli Wilson, MSPT   Kelli Wilson, MSPT, DPT
Kelli comes to us from Austin, TX, and has been a practicing physical therapist since 2008. She graduated from Texas Women’s University with a master’s of science in physical therapy and a doctorate of physical therapy. She is also currently enrolled at Manual Therapy Institute, where she is pursuing her Certification of Manual Therapy. Her prior experience includes orthopedic outpatient care, acute care, wound care, pediatric outpatient rehab and adult pelvic-floor rehab. Kelli has completed multiple courses focused on the neck and back and is a member of APTA, TPTA and JOSPT. Her hobbies include quilting, yoga, spending time with her husband, Joe, and spoiling her two dogs, Daisy and Britney.
     
Emily Kelso, DPT  

Emily Kelso, DPT
Emily graduated in 2009 with a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She has experience involving acute care, skilled nursing and orthopedic therapy. As a practicing therapist, she has a special interest in manual therapy and orthopedic/sports rehab. Outside of work, she enjoys hobbies such as running, traveling, making jewelry and playing with her dog, Sophie.

     
Sejal Soni, MSPT,CLT  

Jenise Engelke, DPT
Practicing since 2005, Jenise has experience in pediatrics, home health, acute, inpatient, skilled nursing facilities and outpatient care. She graduated from Shenandoah University. Her additional certifications include her Athletic Trainer Certification from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor. She is the Texas Pediatric State Representative for the American Physical Therapy Association and an active member of AMBUCS, a non-profit organization that helps to improve mobility in individuals with disabilities. Her hobbies include CrossFit, teaching Sunday school and spending time with her family. She has 3 energetic boys, and her husband is a teacher in Belton. She enjoys all sports.

   
Tejinder (T.J.) Singh, PT, MS  

Tejinder (T.J.) Singh, PT, MS
T.J. graduated from the University of Delhi, India with a bachelor of science degree in physiotherapy.  He continued his education at Texas A&M University earning his master of science degree in neuroscience.  Practicing physical therapy since 2006, T.J. has experience in outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient rehab and schools.  T.J. has a special interest in outpatient orthopedic rehab and manual therapy.  His professional memberships include the Indian Association of Physiotherapists and the Society of Neuroscience.  When he is not working, T.J. enjoys trivia, and learning about different cultures and traditions.  T.J. also is an ardent tennis and cricket fan.

Tiffant Bates  

Tiffany Bates, LPTA
Tiffany has an Associate’s degree in Applied Science from McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas.  She has been practicing as a physical therapist assistant since 2010 and has experience working in acute care settings. Tiffany’s specialty area of interest is sports medicine and rehabing wounded soldiers.

     
Beverly Wollitz, LPTA   Beverly Wollitz, LPTA
Beverly graduated from McLennan Community College with an associate’s degree in physical science. She has been practicing since 2002 and has experience in outpatient, home-health and nursing-home care. Beverly is interested in pediatrics and sports rehab, and she enjoys cooking, reading, photography and spending time with her two children.
     
Denise Ripley, LPTA  

Denise Ripley, LPTA
Denise has a bachelor of science degree from Philadelphia University. She is a 2008 graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant program at McClennan Community College. She began studying massage therapy in 1989 and graduated from Lauterstein-Conway Massage School as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and gardening.

     
Andrea Lorenz, LPTA   Andrea Lorenz, LPTA
Andrea graduated from the University of Pittsburg at Titusville with an associate’s degree in science and a certificate in medical coding/billing. She has been practicing since 2004 and has worked in hospital and outpatient settings. Andrea is a member of APTA. Her area of focus is orthopedics. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, camping, hiking, tubing, traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.
     
Megan Davis, LPTA   Megan Davis, LPTA
Megan earned her associate of applied science degree from Union County College, NJ, and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in health science at Kaplan University and a doctorate degree in physical therapy. She is a member of the APTA and has been a licensed physical therapist assistant since 2010. Megan has experience in burn treatment, pelvic-floor care, home health, orthopedics and pediatrics. She also has a special professional interest in treating members of the armed forces and veterans, emphasizing rehabilitation for wounded warriors. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, Zumba(r)  and spending time with her husband, Chad, and  their two dogs.

Karen Connell, OTR, ATP
Karen earned her bachelor of science degree in occupational therapy from Texas Women’s University and has been practicing since 1984. She has worked as an OT in schools and hospitals. Karen’s expertise is sensory processing disorder, ADHD, learning disorders, seating, plagiocephaly, infant development and positioning and mobility. She has certification in sensory integration and Praxis testing, assistive technology, Neonatal Behavioral Assessment Scale, The Listening Program, Neonatal Oral Motor Scale and Loving Touch Infant Massage. She is a member of RESNA. Karen’s hobbies include scuba diving, ski biking, traveling, swimming, riding her tractor, scrap-booking and cooking.

Speech Language Pathologists

Karen Venhuizen, CCC-SLP   Karen Venhuizen, CCC-SLP
Karen has been working as a speech-language pathologist since 1999. Prior to being a SLP, she worked in mental health. She has a bachelor of arts degree in social work from Dordt College in Sioux Center, IA. Karen also has a masters degree in psychology from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a master of science degree in communication competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Since moving to Austin, Karen has worked in the public school, inpatient nursing home, hospital and home-health settings. She found her passion when she began working with children. She currently works in the area of pediatrics and adult rehab. Her professional interests include oral-motor therapy (including work with “horns, straws and bubbles"), articulation/phonological/language disorders, autism, apraxia, augmentative communication and aural rehab. Karen loves to spend her free time with her family, friends and four dogs.
     
Patricia Graham, M.S., CCC-SLP  

Patricia Graham, M.S., CCC-SLP
Practicing since 1999, Patty earned her master of science degree in communication disorders from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She has worked in outpatient rehab, home health and a skilled nursing facility. Her professional interests include autism and she is a member of ASHA and TSHA. When she is not working, Patty enjoys playing with her five boys and her boxer, Scooby.

     
Kimberly Mitchell, MEd, SLPA  

Kimberly Mitchell, M.Ed, M.S., CF/SLP
Practicing since 2008, Kimberly received her master's degree in education from Tarleton State University and a bachelor of science degree from Southwestern Adventist University. Recently, she received her master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from Texas Women’s University. She is also certified in the Hanen Parent Training program and a member of ASHA and TSHA. Kimberly has experience in school, outpatient and nursing home settings. Her professional interests include autism, traumatic brain injury, dysphagia and language disorders. She enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. Kimberly and her husband are the proud parents of three children.

     
Kelly Arndt, MS, CF-SLP  

Kelly Arndt, M.S., CCC-SLP
Kelly graduated in 2009 from Baylor University with a master of science degree in communications sciences and disorders. She has also received her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a member of ASHA. Kelly has worked in many different clinical settings, including the University Clinic, a traumatic brain clinic and an outpatient facility.  She specializes in articulation, language and cognition. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys kayaking, hiking, reading, going to antique stores and flea markets, playing with her two cats and spending time with her friends and family.

     
Ashley Berry  

Ashley Berry, MS, CFY/SLP
Ashley earned her Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology from University of North Texas and Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.  She is a member of TSHA and primarily has experience working in outpatient clinics.  Besides working with speech patients, Ashley enjoys shopping, cooking, and spending time with her family.  Ashley’s husband is in the Army, and they have an adorable one-year-old daughter.

Earline M.W. Miller, PHD, MPH, RN
Earline has a bachelor of science degree in nursing and a master’s degree in public health from Loma Linda University. She then went on to earn a doctorate degree in nursing from The University of Texas at Austin. Practicing as a nurse since 1960, Earline has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, home health and schools. She has also taught nursing at colleges and universities. Earline is particularly interested in and focused on community nursing and pediatrics. She is also certified in health services, is a public-health nurse and a member of the Sigma Theta Tau international nursing honor society. Earline’s pastimes include camping, walking, gardening and doll-collecting.

     
   

Tyna Allen, R.N., D.O.N.
Tyna graduated from Del-Mar College in Corpus Christi with an associate’s degree in applied science, an associate’s degree in surgical technology and a associate’s degree in nursing. She has worked in operating-room, long-term care, assisted-living and home-health settings. She has previously been the owner/operator of a nursing home and assisted-living facility. 

     
   

LaCrissa Napoles, C.N.A., H.H.A.
LaCrissa graduated from Alvin Community College with her CNA certification in 2007. She has experience in assisted living, home health and hospice settings and is CPR-certified. In her spare time, LaCrissa enjoys reading, swimming, traveling and spending time with her family.

 

     
   

Bonny Konesheck, RN, MA
Bonny graduated with an associate’s degree in nursing from George Wallace Community College, a bachelor’s degree in health services management from University of LaVerne and a master’s degree in healthcare management from Webster University. Practicing since 1980, she has experience in home health as well as working as an operating room staff nurse, an operating room manager a director of nursing, a chief nursing officer, a quality assurance coordinator and a quality assurance director. In addition, Bonny was a certified operating-room nurse for a decade. When she is not working, she likes reading, going camping in her RV and playing sports with her grandsons.
