Advanced & effective therapy to restore pelvic support, provide relief & improve your life.
The muscles of the pelvic floor, when weak or overactive, can play a role in a number of common problems, from pain and discomfort to urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunction. Unfortunately, many of these and other problems related to the pelvic-floor muscles are often treated without providing meaningful relief or improvement. That’s why, at Integrity Rehab, we offer specialized therapies and programs to make a real difference for these conditions. This includes services not offered by many other physical therapists.

Complete & uncommon services designed for real results.
Our pelvic-floor rehab program starts, as it should, with a thorough initial evaluation. Your therapist will also ask a lot of questions. Together this provides us a basis on which to customize a treatment plan that will get results. And results could be seen in as few as 8 or 10 weeks. (This depends, of course, on multiple factors, so results can vary.)
Studies show that several physical therapy modalities can be effective for pelvic-floor problems. Integrity has designed its Pelvic-Floor Rehab program around these techniques in order to help you achieve real results. In fact, we offer the full range of therapies, enabling our pelvic-floor therapists to select the most effective modality. It also means we have more options for helping you if a particular therapy proves ineffective. Here are some of the methods we use to provide relief, normalcy and a better quality of life:
- Education about condition & care
- Individualized therapy & exercise programs
- Treatment to reduce pain
- Biofeedback
- Bladder & bowl retraining
- Myofascial release
- Joint mobilization to restore movement
- Softening of scar tissue
- Core strength training
