Integrity was founded by a physical therapist and is today owned and operated by a physical therapist. As an independent healthcare provider, Integrity Rehab and Home Health is able to set its own high standards — well beyond the government’s standards — and adhere to its own principals of compassion, utmost professionalism and commitment to excellence. As our name indicates, we are devoted to bringing true integrity and responsibility to every thing we do, starting with doing what’s best and most appropriate for each individual.
